PARTNER DESIGN FIRM: GEHL
in Spring 2020, Curative Inc. a local biotech startup, looked to develop a mobile Covid testing solution, deployable to communities around the country ASAP. Human-centered urban design firm, Gehl, came to the OHOH team with the goal of designing and implementing a portable testing unit that satisfied the projects unique and complex parameters. Within a few months, and after an intensive development process, the collaborating teams delivered 30+ fully functional units into the field across the country. The design solutions were then passed forward for large scale manufacture.
